    • Right relationship
    • Work local -- on yourself, with your community
    • Commit to the long haul
    • Make room for Grace and miracles

    • It's His Fault - Blaming problems on people
    • Looking for a savior-hiring experts or seeking personalities to solve problems
    • Losing Control -- But, if we don't intervene this, the whole thing will fail!!!
    • Confusion - Recognizing and working the Cycles of Growth and Change
    • Addiction to Turmoil and Crisis -- Spotting the signs and breaking the cycle
    • The Naysayers -- Learn how to handle chronic complainers...professionally
    • Hidden Agendas -- Keeping your objective under the table
    • Manipulating information and people to serve your own "righteous" cause
    • They are the enemy -- and we've got to save us from them
